Private Equity Associate — Corporate (London)

Join a global corporate team advising financial sponsors and their portfolio companies across the downstream investment cycle, including acquisitions, refinancings, recaps, restructurings and exits. The role offers exposure to sponsor-led transactions in the UK, Europe and internationally.

The successful hire will work closely with senior lawyers on deal execution and take a leading drafting role on transaction documentation, client-facing deliverables and ancillary agreements. • 2–4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in private equity/financial sponsor transactions.
• Transactional drafting and negotiation experience — SPAs (locked-box and completion accounts), management incentive documents, shareholders' agreements and ancillary documentation.
• Familiarity with transaction structuring, funds flows and diligence documentation.
• Excellent drafting and written communication skills, strong initiative and ability to manage a demanding workload.
• High academic achievement and interest in marketing, know‑how and pro bono work.
