Private Equity Associate — Corporate

Experienced associate opportunity within a national private equity and private funds group. The role focuses on fund formation and related transactional matters across private equity, real estate and private credit strategies.

The team seeks an associate with strong analytical and drafting skills who enjoys client-focused work and collaborative team practice. This position may be filled in multiple U.S. offices (Dallas, Richmond, Washington, D.C., or Houston).

• 2–5 years of relevant private funds or fund formation transactional experience
• Experience with private equity, real estate or private credit fund matters and related transactional documentation
• Strong academic record, excellent analytical and writing skills
• Team-player mindset and interest in developing long-term client relationships
• Bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction preferred; required within one year of joining
