Private Equity Associate — Corporate

We are seeking a Private Equity Associate to join a national corporate team handling private fund transactional work across private equity, real estate and private credit asset classes. The role involves fund formation, investment management, investment joint ventures and related transactional matters.

Opportunities exist in multiple U.S. offices (candidates may apply to Dallas, Richmond, Washington, D.C., or Houston). The team values strong academics, excellent analytical and writing skills, and lawyers who build long-term client relationships and work collaboratively.

• 2–5 years of PQE in private funds, fund formation or related transactional experience
• Experience with investment management and investment joint ventures preferred
• Excellent drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills; team-oriented approach
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of hire preferred and required within one year of joining
