Private Equity Associate — Corporate

National private equity team seeks an associate with transactional experience across private funds, fund formation, investment management and related joint-venture matters. The group works across private equity, real estate and private credit strategies.

The role is open in multiple U.S. offices (including Dallas, Richmond, Washington, D.C., and Houston) and offers the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships within a nationally recognized corporate practice. Candidates should be collaborative and comfortable working on cross-office matters.

• 2–5 years of transactional experience in private funds, fund formation, investment management or related private equity/private credit matters
• Strong academic record with excellent analytical and legal writing skills
• Proven ability to work effectively on teams and develop client relationships
• Licensed in the jurisdiction to which you are applying preferred; must obtain licensure in that jurisdiction within one year of joining
