Private Equity Associate (M&A) — New York

Opportunity for an associate to join a global firm's Private Equity group in New York, working on M&A and private equity transactions for a broad client base. The role offers collaboration across practices and international teams on complex, cross-border matters.

Successful candidates will be admitted to the New York bar and will work on deal execution, drafting transactional documents, and supporting buyout and investment matters. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits and compensation package; the advertised salary range is $310,000 $390,000, commensurate with experience.
