Private Equity Debt Finance Associate — Philadelphia

Mid-level associate opportunity in a national finance group focusing on private equity-backed debt transactions. The role centers on lending work for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth financings, working with sponsors, banks and private credit lenders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral/security documentation, and collaborating across deal teams in a fast-paced transactional practice.

• Mid-level associate with private equity-side and/or lender-side debt finance experience (term and revolving facilities for LBOs, acquisition financings or growth financings)
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commitment letters, credit agreements and collateral/security documents
• Outstanding academic credentials and prior experience at a comparable law firm or practice group
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on deal teams
