Private Equity Debt Finance Associate — Santa Monica

Mid-level associate role in a busy debt finance team advising on private equity‑sponsored and lender-side financings. The position focuses on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and growth financings featuring term and revolving facilities.

Work will involve drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documentation, and coordinating with deal teams across practice areas in a collaborative, collegial environment.

Applicants should be prepared to work on complex leveraged and sponsor-backed transactions and to interact directly with senior deal participants.

• Several years' experience in leveraged finance or private equity debt transactions (representing sponsors, banks or private credit lenders).
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commitment letters, credit agreements and security/collateral documents.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bar admission in the relevant state or clear eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
