A leading international law firm is seeking junior Debt Finance attorneys to join its Finance & Banking practice in San Francisco. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors across a range of debt financing transactions.

The team handles secured lending, acquisition financing, and debt securities work, offering associates early hands-on involvement in closings, document drafting, and transaction management. You will work across multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

1–3 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions
Working knowledge of secured lending transactions
Experience closing transactions and familiarity with drafting documents and issues lists
Preferred: familiarity with Article 9 of the UCC, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), and debt securities offerings (including high yield and/or convertible notes)
JD or equivalent and demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Training and development experience at a large law firm
Ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
