Apply in confidence →Top-tier US law firm is seeking 1st–3rd year associates for its Debt Finance practice across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters.
Typical work will include participating in secured lending and acquisition financings, assisting with closing processes, drafting financing documents and preparing issues lists. Exposure to Article 9 UCC issues, commitment letters and debt securities (including high‑yield/convertible instruments) is a plus.

- 1–3 years' experience in debt finance or lending transactions (candidates with less than one full year of experience should apply directly)
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors; familiarity with secured lending and closing processes
- Comfort drafting financing documents and preparing issues lists; knowledge of Article 9 UCC and acquisition financing preferred
- JD (or equivalent) with strong academic credentials and prior training at a large law firm
- Ability to manage multiple projects, strong attention to detail and effective written and oral communication skills
