Growing debt finance practice seeking associates with 1–5 years’ experience in lending and debt-financing matters. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on secured and unsecured financing transactions, working on deal execution and document drafting.

Ideal candidates will have transactional experience closing financings, familiarity with secured lending concepts (including Article 9), and exposure to acquisition financing, debt securities or related corporate work. 1–5 years of relevant private practice experience (candidates with less than one year should not apply)
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and strong academic credentials
Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors on debt financings
Working knowledge of secured lending and Article 9; experience closing transactions and drafting documents/issues lists
Ability to manage multiple matters, strong attention to detail, and prior training at a large law firm
