Private Property Associate, Real Estate — London

Join a busy private property team advising UK and international clients on residential and landed estate matters. The role covers sales and purchases of family homes, developments, estate management and related commercial elements, with exposure to landlord/tenant and short‑term letting issues.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team handling mixed caseloads including transactions, development advice, appointments of professionals and permits, and strategic property matters for landowners and estate clients.

This position is suited to an NQ–3 PQE lawyer seeking to develop technical expertise across residential property and landed estates within a collaborative practice.

• Admitted to practise in England & Wales (NQ–3 PQE)
• Experience on a broad range of residential property transactions
• Strong technical drafting and research skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Team player with client‑facing ability, commercial outlook and good IT skills (e.g. Word & Excel)
