We have an immediate opening for a Private Wealth Senior Counsel with at least eight years of experience preferred. The role is open to any of our offices, including our virtual office; however, candidates in Dallas, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Nashville, or St. Louis are strongly preferred.
In this position, you will design and implement sophisticated estate plans, assisting individual and business clients with wealth management, asset protection, and gift and estate tax matters. You will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit and must demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized service.
Ideal candidates will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to community engagement, superior interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work well under pressure. You should exercise exceptional judgment, manage multiple projects effectively, and articulate legal strategies clearly. An active bar license in the state of the office you apply to—or a commitment to obtain one promptly—is required.

- Minimum of eight years of experience in private wealth law, with significant experience in estate planning
- Expertise in designing and implementing sophisticated estate plans
