Well-established national law firm seeks a full-time salaried Pro Bono Associate for its Richmond office to start immediately. The role is benefits-eligible and structured as a hybrid position with regular on-site and remote work.

The associate will oversee a neighborhood pro bono office in Richmond, manage client intake and eligibility assessments, monitor the intake phone line, provide direct client consultations and translation services, and coordinate services for vulnerable populations.

Strong candidates will have family law experience, Spanish fluency, and active membership in the Virginia bar.

Juris Doctor and admission to the Virginia bar
Fluent Spanish (oral and written) and ability to provide translation for clients
Experience with family law and working with vulnerable populations
Experience conducting client intake, eligibility screening, and phone-line management
Comfort managing a neighborhood pro bono office and working in a hybrid on-site/remote model
