12‑month contract role based in Perth, seconded to a local pro bono organisation to deliver legal assistance as part of an established firm pro bono programme. The role focuses on providing high‑quality, client‑facing legal services to disadvantaged individuals, community groups and matters of public interest.

The position offers flexible working arrangements and access to structured learning and development, wellbeing benefits and opportunities to work across interdisciplinary support services. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong client care and practical problem‑solving in challenging social contexts.

Admission as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
Demonstrated commitment to pro bono, social justice or community law work.
Experience working collaboratively with social workers, support services or community organisations.
Excellent plain‑English communication skills for clients with complex needs; strong client care and empathy.
Methodical approach with attention to detail and ability to produce quality‑checked work.
Flexibility in priorities and hours when required; competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
