Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting briefs and correspondence, responding to written discovery, managing document collection and production, taking and defending depositions, conducting expert interviews, and participating in case strategy on causation and failure analysis issues. 3–5 years' products liability litigation experience
Experience drafting briefs, managing discovery, and taking depositions
Familiarity with MDL or coordinated state litigation and expert handling
Excellent written and oral communication and strong case-management skills
Active bar membership in California, Colorado, Washington, or New York
