We are seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join a busy construction-focused team to support Building Safety Act work. The role coordinates know-how across Real Estate Dispute Resolution, Construction and Regulatory units, produces client-facing insight, and supports delivery of remediation, recovery and regulatory advisory services.

This is a cross-disciplinary role: you will keep teams updated on legal and regulatory developments, draft high-quality knowledge materials, and help embed technical construction expertise into dispute and recovery work. The role also involves using generative AI tools to improve knowledge products and case precedent capture.

The position is part-time friendly and requires close collaboration with lawyers and technical specialists to translate complex technical defect and fire-safety issues into usable legal guidance and dispute support.

Contentious property or construction experience (demonstrable exposure to technical defects or building-safety disputes).
Strong drafting skills with experience producing insight or knowledge-share materials for fee-earning teams.
Ability to co-ordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders; strong organisational skills.
Familiarity with Building Safety Act issues and regulatory context; comfortable distilling technical construction matters for legal audiences.
Practical experience or willingness to use generative AI / knowledge management tools to support work.
Interest in part-time or flexible working (role suitable for returners / school-hours working patterns).
