High-quality corporate practice is hiring project development/finance associates to join transactional teams across multiple U.S. offices. Successful candidates will work on M&A, financing and debt transactions, with particular exposure to renewable energy and project development matters.

This role is open in several U.S. locations; candidates should expect to collaborate with cross-office teams on complex deals and financings. The group prefers associates with strong academic credentials and proven law firm transactional experience.

Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission or eligibility to be admitted in the U.S.
Class years approximately 2018 020 (associates with similar experience considered).
Significant transactional experience in M&A, financings and debt finance; experience in renewable energy or project development preferred.
Strong academic record and prior law firm experience on complex corporate/finance matters.
