Join a market-leading Projects & Construction team in London advising on large-scale real estate development, infrastructure and energy projects. The role offers hands-on experience across both development and real estate finance work, with exposure to site acquisition, development structuring, construction documentation, forward funding, refinancing and joint-venture arrangements.

You will draft and negotiate development agreements, construction contracts, collateral warranties, funding and security documents, and contribute to complex, high-profile transactions. The team acts for developers, funders, public-sector bodies and contractors on nationally significant and international schemes.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with approximately 2–5 years' PQE.
Practical experience in construction and projects, and exposure to real estate development and/or real estate finance transactions.
Track record drafting and negotiating construction contracts, development agreements and financing/security documentation.
Strong commercial judgment, client-facing experience and ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices.
