Senior associate / associate role within a market-leading property disputes team in Sydney. The team acts for large landlords, funds, developers and managers on a broad range of leasing and property-related disputes.

Work includes court and tribunal litigation, urgent interlocutory applications, lease enforcement and make-good disputes, misrepresentation and unconscionable conduct matters, insolvency-related issues, and dispute resolution via mediation and conciliation.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to complex leasing and property litigation files, with partner oversight and opportunities to develop a specialisation in property disputes within a collaborative team.

Experience in property and leasing disputes, including drafting pleadings and evidence
Court and tribunal appearance experience (state/federal courts and NCAT preferred)
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters, work directly with clients and contribute to a team, including mentoring junior lawyers
