Experienced real estate lawyer sought to join a large Property & Projects team in Sydney. The role offers a broad mix of matters across social infrastructure, renewable energy projects, property funds and public sector property work, including land access agreements, easements and development arrangements.

You will work with senior lawyers on complex transactional and advisory matters, support multi-jurisdictional engagements, and contribute to team growth and client service. The role offers genuine career progression and the chance to build a practice within a collaborative national team.

Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in real estate and/or projects law at a reputable mid-to-large firm
Experience or strong interest in social infrastructure, energy & renewables, and/or property funds
Proven drafting, technical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage relationships with multiple partners/clients, work autonomously and mentor junior lawyers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
