Join a national Property Dispute Resolution team handling complex, high-value and strategically significant property litigation. The role is open across multiple UK offices, with primary intake in Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester.

As an Associate you will work closely with senior lawyers on a varied caseload including commercial property asset management, development-related risk and strategy (rights to light, title constraints, vacant possession) and high-value cross-sector disputes involving infrastructure, energy and planning issues.

The team is collaborative and development-focused, offering exposure to technically demanding matters and opportunities to contribute to business development and client-facing work.

Qualified solicitor with c.2-4 years PQE in property dispute resolution or related property litigation
Experience advising on development risk (rights to light, title issues, vacant possession) and handling contested property litigation
Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; able to manage a varied caseload
Team player with commercial awareness and interest in business development
