Join a UK-wide real estate innovation team to combine transactional legal work with technology, process improvement and change management. The role sits across multiple UK offices and partners with lawyers, legal technologists and innovation specialists to design and deploy smarter legal-service solutions.

You will help identify transformation opportunities, implement technology-enabled workflows, support adoption through training and change initiatives, and measure the impact of new delivery models. The role involves regular engagement with senior stakeholders and clients and contributes to proposals and business-development activity focused on innovative service delivery.

Qualified solicitor/advocate in England & Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Minimum 6 years' PQE with strong transactional commercial real estate experience.
Commercial, solutions-oriented mindset with interest or experience in legal technology, process improvement or innovation.
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
