Join a busy real estate litigation team in Bristol focusing on telecoms-related disputes and wider commercial property matters. The role offers exposure to nationwide projects and collaborative work with real estate colleagues across the firm.

The team handles contentious landlord & tenant, service charge, dilapidations, development and possession matters for a mix of commercial clients. This role includes day-to-day casework with opportunities for supervision and career development as experience grows.

0-3 PQE (Solicitor) with a strong academic background
Experience in commercial landlord & tenant disputes preferred; candidates with commercial/civil litigation experience who want to move into property litigation will be considered
Comfortable providing concise, commercial advice and maintaining key dates/trackers
Proven ability to manage a varied caseload under appropriate supervision
Familiarity with client portals and case management systems desirable
Any telecoms-related experience (for landowners or operators) is useful; full training will be provided
Willingness to support team marketing and business development (articles, events, client training)
