Property Litigation Solicitor — Real Estate

Join an established UK property litigation team with offices in Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester. The role offers the chance to manage a varied commercial property litigation caseload acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, public bodies and other stakeholders across the public and private sectors.

The team is growing and this role provides exposure to both straightforward and complex matters, collaboration with senior colleagues on larger cases, and structured support for career progression and business development.

• Qualified solicitor with c.1–2 years PQE in property litigation.
• Experience managing a mixed commercial property litigation caseload and working directly with clients.
• Comfortable drafting pleadings and legal documents, conducting legal analysis and meeting deadlines.
• Experience or familiarity with restrictive covenants, easements, rights of light, nuisance, injunctions and access disputes, possession claims, leasehold matters (including forfeiture, break clauses, renewals) and rent review/arbitration.
• Strong communication and project-management skills, a commercial mindset and an interest in business development; ability to supervise and delegate to more junior colleagues.
