Join a national property managed-legal-services (MLS) team delivering asset-management work across client portfolios. This role sits within a specialist MLS function and offers exposure to high-volume, portfolio-focused matters, with flexible working options and hybrid arrangements.

You will draft, review and negotiate leases, licences, variations, surrenders, renewals, assignments and other asset-management documents; manage grants and terminations; and work closely with clients' in-house estates and operations teams to provide practical, commercially minded legal support.

The team focuses on efficiency, process improvement and legal technology to deliver standardised, scalable legal services. Offices are available in multiple UK locations (including Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds); location will be discussed on application.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 0–3 years' PQE
Practical experience or strong interest in asset management and portfolio-focused property work (leases, licences, assignments, renewals, surrenders)
Ability to manage matters efficiently and provide clear, commercial advice to clients and operational teams
Comfortable with process-driven delivery and an interest in legal technology and continuous-improvement initiatives
Strong communication and teamworking skills, and a client-service mindset
