We are seeking a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to lead knowledge management and training for a corporate/M&A practice in Bratislava. This is a non-fee-earning role focused on developing precedents, maintaining local know-how, delivering training, and supporting fee-earners with research and precedent work.

The post-holder will work closely with local lawyers and the firm's international PSL network to capture and share best practice, support integration of new tools (including AI-enabled workflows), and contribute to client-facing alerts and content. The role includes responsibility for library subscriptions, training programmes, and ad hoc firm projects.

Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in private practice (corporate/M&A experience preferred)
Fluent Slovak (C2) and advanced English (C1), written and spoken
Strong drafting, precedent development and legal research skills
Experience designing and delivering training; comfortable with knowledge systems and intranet management
Collaborative team-player with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
