Seeking an associate to join a busy public finance practice in the Atlanta office. This is a full-time, partnership-track role working on transactional matters involving municipal finance, special districts, affordable housing and economic development.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of transactional experience (public finance, real estate, securities or similar), a strong academic record and excellent analytical and writing skills. Georgia bar admission is preferred and must be obtained within one year of hire.
