Join a nationally recognized public and project finance practice as a transactional associate focused on debt securities, tax credit finance and related financings. The team advises a wide range of market participants on complex, rated and unrated municipal and project financings.

In this role you will contribute to structuring and documenting tax-exempt and taxable bond transactions, participate in municipal debt restructurings and workouts, and work directly with clients, underwriters, banks and other finance professionals on sophisticated financings.

This is a growth-oriented opportunity with regular deal flow, substantive hands-on experience across public finance matters, and a clear path for advancement within the group.

J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic record
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission by reciprocity; must hold or be able to obtain required state license
Transactional experience in public finance, finance, or commercial real estate; prior public finance experience preferred but not required
Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple matters and client interactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
