Public M&A Associate — Corporate, New York

Mid-level associate opportunity to join a high-volume public M&A team within a leading global corporate practice in New York. The role focuses on public-company M&A work on both buy- and sell-side matters and involves securities-law considerations and transaction execution.

You'll work across industry groups including technology and life sciences, advising on headline public transactions and building broad transactional skills as a trusted strategic advisor to clients.

Strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication, and a demonstrated track record on M&A matters are required. Applicants should be able to provide a deal sheet and meet relevant bar admission requirements.

• 3–6 years' post-qualification transactional experience, with substantial public-company M&A experience
• Experience on buy-side and/or sell-side public M&A and familiarity with related securities law issues
• Experience with Technology and/or Life Sciences clients a plus
• Outstanding academic record, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility) and a deal sheet required
