Experienced labor attorney opportunity in a national employment & labor practice focused on traditional labor matters for public-sector and private employers. The role is open to candidates based in select West Coast offices or remotely, with options for shareholder-track or non-shareholder-track arrangements depending on location and candidate preference.

• Juris Doctor and active law license in Oregon, or actively pursuing Oregon admission (candidates must remain in good standing).
• Minimum ~3 years of traditional labor experience (arbitrations, ULPs, and/or bargaining matters).
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience with public-sector clients preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with support teams and handle a varied caseload.
