The role covers a broad transactional real estate remit including landlord & tenant matters, commercial leasing, investments, disposals and portfolio transactions, with a particular emphasis on regeneration and residential development matters. You will work on matters for investors, developers and occupiers and collaborate with colleagues across the wider real estate group.

The team is client‑focused and commercial in approach; the successful candidate will be expected to deliver clear, practical advice, manage a varied caseload efficiently and contribute to business development and knowledge‑sharing activities.

England & Wales qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE
Proven experience in regeneration and residential development acquisitions and disposals
Strong transactional skills including commercial lease work, investment/disposal experience and complex title due diligence
Excellent time management, stakeholder and client‑facing skills; able to run multiple files and work both independently and as part of a team
