Growing national law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its Chicago office to support a broad commercial real estate practice. The role will involve representing developers, lenders, investors and other industry participants on transactional matters across acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development.

The team offers work on a mix of regional and national matters and collaborative, deal-oriented practice. The firm provides a full benefits package; the anticipated annual salary range for this Chicago role is $250,000 to $350,000.

Juris Doctor from accredited law school and membership (or eligibility) to practice in Illinois.
Experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or finance).
Strong drafting, negotiation and closing skills; comfortable managing client relationships and deal timelines.
Ability to work collaboratively on deal teams and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
