Experienced real estate associate opportunity in a leading global practice based in Chicago. The team handles complex transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, financings, real estate M&A and commercial leasing for institutional clients.

The group is growing and seeking associates with meaningful transactional real estate experience. Candidates with strong commercial leasing experience — including data center leasing or build-to-suit matters — are especially encouraged to apply. The role offers exposure to high‑profile, cross‑border work and collaboration with lawyers across offices.

Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification transactional real estate experience
Demonstrated experience in one or more of: commercial leasing, joint ventures, acquisitions/dispositions, financings or REIT matters
Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage deal workstreams and client communications
Comfort working collaboratively on large, multi‑jurisdictional matters
