We are seeking a real estate associate with at least three years of experience to join our growing Chicago practice. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience representing owners, developers, sponsors, and investment managers in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and sponsor-side financing.

Candidates should possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to manage substantial components of transactions. We value proactive, detail-oriented self-starters who take ownership of assignments, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across deal teams and practice areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate excited to assume meaningful responsibility, work directly with experienced partners and sophisticated clients, and contribute to the continued growth of a strong and expanding real estate practice. Prior large law firm experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have a strong academic background and must be admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Illinois Bar.
