Chicago office seeking a junior lateral Real Estate associate to join a major international firm’s team focused on sophisticated commercial real estate matters. The role covers a broad range of transactional work including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, fund formation, and leasing across asset classes.

The group works on cross-border and domestic transactions and collaborates with a large global platform. The team offers a structured mentor program for lateral associates, a hybrid work model, and opportunities for pro bono and professional development.

Applicants should be eligible to practice in Illinois. The expected starting base salary range disclosed for this role is $225,000–$235,000, with potential eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.

Admission to the Illinois bar (or pending admission)
Class of 2024–2025 or equivalent junior lateral experience
Prior transactional real estate experience (joint ventures, fund formation, leasing, acquisitions/financings preferred)
Strong academic credentials and experience at a peer law firm preferred
