An established Real Estate group is seeking a junior lateral associate for its Chicago office to work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. The role involves joint ventures, real estate M&A and private equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, fund formation, and leasing.

The team advises on transactions around the world involving the purchase, sale, co-investment, construction, financing, development, leasing, management, and operation of real property across the full spectrum of asset classes, including office, multifamily, single-family, industrial, logistics, hospitality, data centers, and retail.

Laterally hired associates participate in an enhanced mentor program focused on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions, alongside broader professional development resources and a hybrid work model.

Admitted to practice law in Illinois
High level of academic achievement
Experience in the Real Estate practice of a peer firm preferred
Interest and aptitude for sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
