Seek a transactional real estate associate to join a national-capable practice in the Chicago office of a large global law firm. The role involves significant responsibility on commercial real estate matters and direct client work across industries.

Work will focus on acquisitions and dispositions, financings and development transactions within a team-oriented, high-volume practice. The firm provides formal mentoring and opportunities to develop both technical and client-facing skills.

3-5 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, debt and equity financings, and development matters
Strong writing, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a busy transactional workload in a team environment
Big-firm experience preferred; Illinois bar admission preferred
