Our Chicago office seeks a mid-level associate with 3–4 years of experience to join our Real Estate practice, part of an Am Law 100 firm (indicated by org tier). The practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds throughout the investment cycle, as well as sophisticated lending transactions.

Candidates should have experience across multiple areas of commercial real estate, with significant experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower-side financings required.

Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to client service are essential. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain promptly) is required.

3–4 years of experience (JD 2023–2022)
Experience in commercial real estate, with significant acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower-side financing experience
