Successful candidates will work on acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings and will support a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The role is eligible for the firm’s bonus program and standard benefits.
- 3–4 years' US law firm real estate experience (JD 2022–2023)
- Substantial experience with acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings
- Experience across multiple areas of commercial real estate and comfort on high-volume matters
- Strong academic credentials, drafting skills and client-facing communication
