Mid-level associate role on a high‑volume commercial real estate team in Chicago. The group represents institutional equity investors and private‑equity real estate funds across the investment lifecycle and handles sophisticated lending matters.

Day‑to‑day work will include acquisitions, dispositions and borrower‑side financings on complex commercial transactions, with exposure to fund and investor-side work and joint venture structures.

2–5 years’ US law firm real estate transactional experience (JD 2024–2021).
Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions and borrower‑side financings; comfort on high‑volume, complex deals.
Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and deal‑management skills, and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
