Real Estate Associate — Chicago

Growing real estate practice in Chicago seeks a transactional associate to join a national commercial real estate team. The role offers substantial deal responsibility across acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, and development matters.

You will work on a mix of client matters across industries, collaborate with senior lawyers who provide training and mentorship, and be expected to manage a busy, team-oriented workload with strong attention to detail.

• 3-5 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, debt and equity financings, and development matters
• Strong writing, drafting and interpersonal skills; ability to manage significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment
• Big-firm transactional experience preferred; Illinois bar admission preferred
