Established national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Dallas office real estate group. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, joint ventures and renewable energy transactions, as well as related debt and equity financings.

The team handles single-asset and portfolio work, borrower-side financing, title and survey due diligence, and coordinated closings on complex, multi-state matters. The group emphasizes a collaborative, high-volume, team-oriented environment with opportunities for skills growth and client-facing responsibility.

4–6 years' experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, borrower financing).
Experience with leasing, development, joint ventures, capital stack structures and renewable energy transactions preferred.
Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills; experience managing due diligence (title, survey) and closings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with strong attention to detail and initiative to learn.
Admission to the Texas Bar or ability to waive into the Texas Bar required.
