A growing national real estate practice is seeking mid‑level to senior associates to join its Denver team. The group handles a broad range of transactional real estate work for institutional and private clients.

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following: mortgage and mezzanine lending (lender or borrower side), joint‑venture equity transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, or development work. The team values mentorship, professional development and collaborative culture.

Strong transactional lawyers from other practice areas who are interested in transitioning into real estate will also be considered.

Mid‑level to senior associate with solid transactional real estate experience (mortgage/mezzanine lending, JV equity, acquisitions/dispositions, or development)
Experience representing lenders or borrowers and/or working on joint‑venture equity matters preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment on complex transactions
Demonstrated interest in mentorship, professional growth and teamwork; candidates with related transactional backgrounds welcome
