Growing Denver real estate team seeks a Senior Associate with 5–7 years of substantive transactional experience to handle sophisticated commercial real estate matters. The role offers high-quality, national work with direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility within a collaborative platform.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience in real estate finance (lender and/or borrower representation), joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and other commercial real estate transactions; land use and development experience is a plus. The team emphasizes mentorship, cross-office collaboration, and early client responsibility.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the pay range for this position in Colorado is $365,000–$420,000/yr; actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
