Growing real estate team in Houston is seeking mid-level and senior associates to join a high‑volume transactional practice. The role involves work across mortgage and mezzanine debt, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development matters.

Several years of transactional real estate experience (mid‑ to senior‑associate level) or strong transactional background in a related area
Experience on one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, or real estate development
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills on complex transactions
Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the relevant jurisdiction; ability to work effectively in team and mentoring environments
