Growing Los Angeles real estate team is seeking a junior associate to support a high‑volume, sophisticated commercial real estate practice. The group represents institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across the full investment lifecycle and handles complex lending matters.

The role involves supporting acquisitions, dispositions and borrower‑side financings, working on transactions from diligence through closing, and collaborating with senior deal teams. This is an opportunity to develop transactional experience across multiple commercial real estate areas.

Junior associate / entry‑level transactional experience in commercial real estate preferred

Excellent drafting, transaction management and interpersonal skills; ability to work on multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
