Real Estate Associate — Los Angeles

Los Angeles office seeking a mid-level Real Estate associate (1–2 years’ experience) to join a high‑volume, transaction‑focused team. The group represents institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across the investment lifecycle and handles sophisticated borrower‑side financings and lending matters.

Work will focus on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing matters and borrower‑side financings. The role offers exposure to large institutional matters, hands‑on transactional work and room for professional development within a national real estate platform.

• 1–2 years of commercial real estate transactional experience (associates from JD 2024–2025 cohorts encouraged)
• Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, dispositions and borrower‑side financings

• Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple matters
