Seeking a mid-level associate to join a national real estate transactions team in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on complex real estate matters across institutional asset classes and offers active deal work with cross-practice collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with complex real estate financings (borrower and/or lender-side), joint ventures, and acquisitions and dispositions across office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality assets. The team emphasizes high-quality drafting, commercial judgment and client-facing interaction.

JD (Class of 2022–2023 preferred)
Substantial experience in complex real estate financings, joint ventures, and acquisitions/dispositions
Experience across multiple asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality)
Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a comparable law firm
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the relevant jurisdiction
