Real Estate Associate (Mid–Senior) — Philadelphia

Seeking a mid-to-senior level real estate associate to join a busy Philadelphia real estate team. The role focuses on transactional work across acquisitions and dispositions, financings, development matters, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.

Successful candidates will handle small-to-mid matters or portions of larger matters, work closely with deal teams, and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties. • Minimum 3 years transactional real estate experience (large-firm experience preferred)
• Track record on acquisitions/dispositions, financing, development, land use/zoning, and commercial leasing
