6+ years of transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and/or real estate finance)
Active Pennsylvania bar admission required
Proven deal management and team management experience on multi-party transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and interpersonal/communication skills; distinguished academic credentials preferred
