The team advises on environmental diligence and risk mitigation for acquisitions, development, leasing, financing and sales of commercial real estate across multiple jurisdictions.
Work will focus on evaluating environmental risk, overseeing regulatory compliance programs, structuring brownfield redevelopment efforts, and negotiating environmental provisions in complex real estate transactions. The role involves high-volume deal work for institutional real estate clients and investment funds.
- 3–6 years of law firm experience with a focus on environmental issues in commercial real estate transactions
- Member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and strong academic record
- Demonstrated experience with environmental diligence, regulatory compliance, and brownfield matters
- Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to work responsively in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment
