Real Estate Associate — Philadelphia

Top-tier international law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Real Estate Associate for its Philadelphia office. The role focuses on transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.

• 3+ years of transactional real estate experience (large-firm experience preferred; boutique/mid-size firm experience considered)
• Strong drafting, oral advocacy and legal research skills
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, financing, development, land use/zoning, and commercial leasing
• Ability to manage matters or matter components independently and work effectively on teams
