Real Estate Associate — Philadelphia

Established national law firm is seeking a transactional real estate associate for its Philadelphia office. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures and development projects.

Ideal candidates will have experience at a large law firm and the ability to manage significant project responsibility in a fast-paced environment. The team values strong drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.

• 3–8 years of PQE in commercial real estate transactions
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development matters
• Large-firm experience preferred
• Strong academic record, superior drafting and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, team-focused, able to handle significant responsibility in a fast-paced setting
