Work is transactionally focused and includes environmental due diligence, drafting and negotiating bespoke contractual solutions and specialty environmental insurance arrangements, and preparing ancillary transactional documents. The role involves substantial drafting, deal-driven negotiation and regular client interaction.

3–6 years of transactional environmental experience at a large or boutique law firm
Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar or eligible for admission

Resident in or willing to work from the Philadelphia office
