Our New York office is seeking a mid-level Real Estate associate with 4–6 years of law firm experience. The role focuses on real estate financing matters and representation of lenders on commercial transactions.

Successful candidates will have hands-on experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting title and survey diligence, and supporting complex financing transactions. Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

4–6 years' experience in real estate practice, with a focus on financing
Experience representing lenders and drafting/negotiating loan documentation
Practical knowledge of title and survey diligence
Excellent academic record and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
