Seeking a transactional Real Estate associate for a New York office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development matters and real estate financings, with responsibility for both drafting and negotiating transactional documents.

The team works on large, cross-border and complex real estate matters; candidates should be comfortable operating in a high‑intensity, collaborative environment and contributing to client-facing workstreams.

1–3 years' PQE in transactional real estate (BigLaw experience preferred)
Experience on acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development transactions and/or real estate finance
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on transactional documentation
Admission to the New York Bar
